The Venue

We are grateful to the team at Bremont Watch Company for opening the doors of The Wing to us for the day. It is one of Britain’s most celebrated watchmaking facilities, where some of the world’s most precise timepieces are designed, built, and tested by hand. Not a space that is open to just anyone.

As part of the day, guests will have exclusive access to a guided tour of the factory floor. A rare look inside a truly iconic British workshop.

Plan Your Visit

Getting to The Wing

By Train 🚂
Take a direct train from London Paddington to Twyford, around 25 minutes, then the branch line to Henley-on-Thames, around 10 minutes. Bremont is a 6-minute taxi from the station, or a 20-minute riverside walk if the weather is on your side.

By Car 🚗
Free on-site parking is available at The Wing, reserved for Common Room attendees. Use postcode RG9 4GE for sat-nav, approaching via the M4 at Junction 8/9 or the M40 at Junction 4. A note for drivers: Avoid routing through Henley town centre on 30 June. The Regatta brings road closures and significant delays, and your sat-nav may not account for this.

From Further Afield ✈️
Connect via London Paddington. Allow around 90 minutes from Birmingham New Street, three hours from Manchester Piccadilly, and five hours from Edinburgh Waverley.

Accessibility 📝
If you have specific accessibility requirements, please flag them on the registration form and we will make sure everything is in place ahead of the day.

A Note on the Regatta
30 June is the opening day of the Henley Royal Regatta. Our day wraps around 5:30pm, so we sit comfortably ahead of the evening crowds. A great excuse to stay on if you can.

Making a Night of It

Staying Overnight 🧳
If you are joining us for the evening, staying locally is almost always the easier option. Henley hotels book up quickly during Regatta week, so it is worth securing a room now if you are planning to stay over.

FAQ

Is there a cost to attend?

No. This is a complimentary event hosted by Mobile Commons.

What can I expect to get out of the day?

The day is designed to leave you with a peer view on where customer engagement is actually heading, a first look at our product roadmap for 2026/27, and a set of conversations that are hard to have any other way.

Can I bring a colleague?

We are keeping the group small to make sure the conversations stay real. If you would like to nominate a second attendee from your organisation, please speak to your CSM.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. Business casual is fine. We will have your agenda, name badge, and attendee pack ready on arrival.

Who do I contact with questions?

While your CSM is the best first point of contact, you can also contact hello@mobilecommons.com with any questions.
