Isabel has spent over 10 years helping clients craft their digital marketing strategies, with a special love for email and mobile messaging—she’s basically a customer success cheerleader who lives and breathes company values! When she’s not at work, you’ll find her soaking up family time or getting stuck into rugby, whether she’s on the pitch or shouting from the stands.

James has spent his career helping organisations improve satisfaction and operational performance through a consultative, relationship-led approach. Driven by a focus on enabling organisations to listen and act on what truly matters, James works closely with brands to boost engagement and strengthen their connections with employees and customers. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, cooking and travelling with his family.

Michelle Frederickson
Hudson Valley, New York
Michelle previously worked in digital membership and led both P2P and broadcast texting programs at a large environmental nonprofit before shifting her focus to mobile outreach. After a brief period in the philanthropy sector, she realized her passion was to help organizations strengthen community engagement through creative messaging, and chose to return to Mobile Commons. In her free time, Michelle enjoys crocheting, gaming, and painting.

Riham Ibrahim
Cairo, Egypt
Riham partners with nonprofits and advocacy organizations to craft smart, action-driven mobile messaging campaigns on issues like immigrant rights, public health, and social justice. She’s known for her thoughtful strategy, creative problem-solving, and commitment to empowering others. Outside of work, Riham enjoys writing, traveling, and mentoring in her community.

Ryan Rumpf
St. Louis, Missouri
Ryan started as a support engineer at a little ‘ol company called Second Street. Years of baseball, the city of St. Louis, and a need to nurture relationships has led him towards Mobile Commons as a member of the Customer Success and Solutions team.

Kurt Sudyka
San Francisco, California
Kurt has been working in the mobile messaging industry since 2008 and was an original member of the Waterfall team. He has partnered with customers across retail, government, and technology to manage and scale their mobile messaging programs. Outside of work, Kurt spends time with his two French bulldogs, Charleston and Pumba.
Kurt supports Waterfall, Hipcricket, and Rant & Rave, and manages those products’ strategy teams.
